In short, both. No matter how long you've been cooking, there's always something new to learn, so even experienced cooks will benefit and learn new techniques and recipes. As for beginners, you'll have the chance to develop new skills, become a more confident cook and learn about ingredients you may not be familiar with. No matter your skill level, Ken's enthusiasm for healthy, plant-centric cooking will rub off and bring you joy in the kitchen.

That's unlikely. Ken's kitchen isn't cluttered with all the latest cooking gadgets and he has very little specialty equipment in his own kitchen, beyond the basics. You will need a decent chef's knife and paring knife, and a variety of pots and pans. When Ken does feel strongly about a particular kitchen tool, he'll let you know.

New course material will be added throughout the late summer and fall of 2020. If you join during our initial launch period, you'll find your first course in your student portal. New core courses will be added every two weeks thereafter. You'll receive an email letting you know when there's something new, along with a link to your login page. In between the core courses you'll receive one of Ken's "Quick Clinics" - videos and printable bonuses - about healthy recipes Ken is excited about right now.
