When this salad's on the menu, I like it to take center stage so I don't worry too much about the rest of the menu. I might use grilled shrimp for garnish instead of the tuna, or bulk it up with some garbanzo beans or white beans, but this salad pretty much holds its own. The perfect dessert? Chilled bowls of fresh summer berries or a scoop of old fashioned sherbet.
