I've made a lot of slaws in my life, including some really great ones. But there's something about this one that keeps me coming back for more. The chopped texture and creamy sweetness of the slaw - a little like Chik-fil-A's - makes it the perfect choice for all your summer cookouts. Incidentally, this recipe is a favorite from one of my earlier cookbooks, COMFORT FOOD, published by The Old Farmer's Almanac.
