Summer Skillet Galettes
Sunday, July 23rd, 2:00PM Eastern
Like Ken says, summer fruit pie never gets old or boring, but it's still nice to come at it from a different angle now and then. Like when you're making Summer Skillet Galettes. A galette is pie's laid back cousin - there's no top crust, no fancy fluted edges, no hassle. Just lower the dough into your skillet, add the filling, fold over the excess dough and pop it in the oven. We'll be making two fabulous versions in this class - one blueberry, one with peaches and cherries. And as always, Ken will be sharing all his little tips and tricks so your galettes come out perfect, too. It's summer pie making at its carefree best. Thanks for joining us and we'll see you in class.
