Welcome to 2023 and a brand new year of live online classes at The Pie Academy. In this first class of the year, we'll look at the savory side of strudels. (Don't get us wrong - we love the sweet ones, too!) Using the buttery pie dough we're familiar with, we'll make two strudels - one with cabbage, carrots, Cheddar cheese and bratwurst. And another with a Mediterranean flair, including roasted eggplant, peppers, onions, and cheeses. (The vegetarians in your circle will love this one!)
