Join Ken Haedrich, dean of The Pie Academy, for this pair of live June online classes. Says Ken: "I've been wanting to do these particular classes since last summer, so you can imagine how thrilled I am that the time has come." 

Peach season, says Ken, is so short that we have to bring our A game right from the get-go - which is why he's chosen the pie recipes he'll be featuring on June 12th. "It was simple," he says. "I just asked myself, if I could only eat two peach pies this season, which would they be?"

He used pretty much the same logic to choose the zucchini pie recipes for the June 26th class - "But I knew I wanted one of them to be an appetizer. Many of us entertain in the summer, casually, and we like to use what's in the garden and market when we do."
