March. If ever there was an in-between month for pie bakers, March is it. But should we just stand by and let our rolling pins collect dust? Heck no, we shouldn't. We should take advantage of the moment and turn our attention to pies that don't belong to any particular season. For instance, our two featured pies in this class - a creamy Ginger & Lemon Custard Pie, like heaven in your mouth and velvet on the tongue. You'll learn all the tricks to make this...and all of your custard pies...come out perfect every time. Our other pie sounds less than lovely, but don't let a name fool you - Sawdust Pie. It's got a moist, cake-like filling with a flavor that's out of this world. It's definitely one worth adding to your regular pie rotation, funny name and all. See you in class.
