Join Ken Haedrich, dean of The Pie Academy, for two classes that celebrate some of the best summer has to offer, both sweet and savory. On July 17th we'll make a trio of cherry-berry pies, including a classic crumb-topped pie, Cherry-Berry Mason Jar Lid Pies, and portable, fruit-filled toaster pies. On July 24th we turn our attention to savory corn pies and make Buffalo Chicken, Tomato & Corn Pie - Ken's wife Bev says it's the best thing she's ever eaten - and a creamy Creme Fraiche Corn Quiche. It's two classes, four hours of pie instruction and fun, followed by a lifetime of pie deliciousness.
