FESTIVE FALL MENU

Welcome to this class where we'll be cooking up a Festive Fall Menu, a feast for the eyes and palate. The centerpiece of our meal is lasagna with a difference - Savory Harvest Lasagna sauced with winter squash (or pumpkin) puree, layered with sauteed veggies and the cheeses you know and love. We'll serve up a shaved Brussels sprouts salad to go alongside, and finish with a light and refreshing fruit compote. Everyone needs at least one special menu for holiday entertaining, and this one gets our vote. Yours too, we're pretty certain.
