It's our last two classes of the year here at The Pie Academy, a couple of classes that'll see you in style through the holiday season. First up, on November 17th, we're celebrating cranberries, the Rodney Dangerfield of fall fruit because they never seem to get the respect they deserve. But they will in our class, where they take center stage. We'll make a stunning Cranberry Upside Down Cake...perfect for the season. Then it's time for pie - Cranberry Chess Pie, to be precise, an original Ken recipe he's anxious to share.

On November 24th, it's a crash course in charcuterie boards, one of the nicest ways to let your holiday guests know how much you appreciate them. Working with an assortment of cheeses, meats and extras like fruits, veggies, crackers, dips and spreads, we'll create a gorgeous board from scratch. We'll even bake Ken's special Charcuterie Quick Bread...and whip up his Roasted Cauliflower Hummus to give our board a personal homemade touch. You'll walk away with inspiration aplenty, and have a whole new take on the idea of a cheese platter.
