So we're deep enough into summer that you've likely made - and remade - most or all of your favorite fresh corn and tomato recipes.
But heck, there's still enough summer left to blaze a couple of new fresh tomato and corn trails and we've got just the ticket.
And that's why you'll want to join Ken and your fellow Pie Academy cooks for this exciting class about a couple of harvest baking beauties.
We'll begin by baking up a batch of crunchy, crusty cornmeal biscuits chockfull of fresh corn kernels, garden herbs and scallions.
Then we'll make a couple of tweaks and turn those biscuits into a gorgeous topping for our savory tomato cobbler, made with a combination of beefsteak and cherry tomatoes.
This is down-home, fresh summer cooking at its best and we can't wait to see you in class.
