Cranberries are sorta like the Rodney Dangerfield of fall fruits: they don't get enough respect, not nearly as much as they should. The'll get plenty in this class! First up is a stunning Cranberry Upside Down Cake - a thick layer of sweetened fresh cranberries atop a moist sour cream spice cake. It's crazy good! Then we'll turn our attention to Ken's latest love, Cranberry Chess Pie, an original he knows you're going to love. Serve it for Thanksgiving...anytime during the holidays...and stash a few bags of cranberries in the freezer so you can make it any time of year. Couple of real keepers here, fellow bakers.
