A Mouthwatering Summer Menu

Is there really such a thing as the perfect summer menu? Hmmm...now that's something to ponder. But this we do know: there are plenty of truly mouthwatering summer menus, and in this class we'll cook our way through one of them. Our summer menu features a rich and Creamy Eggplant Parmesan & Tomato Tart with layers of cheese sauce, baked eggplant, and fresh sliced tomatoes. To balance out the richness, we'll serve our tart with Spicy Cucumber Salad, then top things off with Baked Stuffed Peaches, something like mini peach crumb pies but without all the work. And while it all adds up to a sensational summer menu, we know you'll want to "borrow" the individual recipes for mealtime all summer long. See you in class!
