Spring is almost here and to celebrate the season Ken Haedrich is offering up a pair of exciting new live classes. On Sunday, April 16th we'll dive into the fine points of making a rich and creamy Savory French Potato Pie. If you love potatoes au gratin, say Ken, you'll adore this savory pie. When that goes into the oven, we'll take on an American comfort food classic: Fudgy Chocolate Pudding Cake. On Sunday, May 7th, we're going to turn up the nostalgia and make a Strawberry Lemon Curd Icebox Pie, made with a vanilla wafer crumb crust, fresh and cooked berries, and a thick cloud of lemon curd whipped cream.
