CHERRY PIE JUBILEE

Join Ken Haedrich, Julia Child Cookbook Award winner and dean of The Pie Academy, as we say farewell to summer with this class on fresh cherry pies. (Of course, frozen cherries will work great in the off season.) We'll start by making an all-cherry filling with fresh fruit, then proceed to turn out a trio of mini pie favorites - one hand pie, another with crumb topping, and our last with a sugar cookie top crust.
