Icebox pies! The very words recall a time when life was simpler and less rushed, and our favorite device was the rocking chair on the front porch. Our Strawberry Lemon Curd Icebox Pie will take you right back to those days. We'll make an old-fashioned vanilla wafer crust - nothing to roll, just press it into place. Using straight-from-the farm strawberries, we'll make a combo cooked-and-fresh-berry filling. Then we'll top it all with a thick cloud of lemon curd whipped cream. We'll leave plenty of time to create a lovely composed salad with another spring arrival - fresh asparagus. Get ready for a full two hours of good eating and nostalgia.
