Fabulous Summer Flatbreads
Sunday, June 11th, 2:00PM Eastern
Do you love homemade pizza and flatbreads, but shy away from complicated yeast breads and lengthy rising times? If so, then this class is for you! The star of this class is a "quick" yeast dough that takes about 5 minutes in mix up in the food processor. A 30-second knead...a brief rest...and you're ready to start rolling your way to a couple of fabulous summer flatbreads. Our first is similar to the French-style pizza known as pissaladiere, layered with anchovy oil, caramelized onions, and more. It tastes incredible. Our other flatbread is made with pesto, roasted plum tomatoes, roasted eggplant, onion and cheeses - the best summer has to offer. Once you've tried these flatbreads and learned to make this dough, you'll be hooked.
