If there's not a nip in the air yet where you live, there will be soon, and that means lots of delicious fall baking is on the way. We have a couple of classes on tap this month that'll leave you raring to add some new favorites to your stack of treasured fall recipes. On September 8th we'll make a gorgeous Fall Apple Galette, perfect for the baker who likes to serve up a little wow! along with great taste. This is definitely not your standard-issue apple pie, and your guests will love it. Ditto for our Glazed Apple Pie Blondies. In the unlikely event you have any leftovers after a day or two, they freeze beautifully and make a great grab-and-go snack for all of your fall activities. Later in the month we turn our attention to pumpkin pie, and let's be honest here: it can often be underwhelming. Predictable and sometimes plain boring, too. Our Triple Layer Pumpkin Pie is the antidote. There's a creamy pumpkin layer, a chocolate-pumpkin layer, and a sweetened sour cream topping. It's a three-part harmony of flavors that'll change forever the way you think about pumpkin pie. All that, and an old-fashioned Spiced Pumpkin Bread Pudding, and it adds up to an incredible - not to mention incredibly delicious - month of fall baking.
