Imagine the best soft chocolate chip cookie you've ever eaten - the thickest one, too! - crowded with buttery, toasted macadamia nuts, and you'll get some idea where we're headed with this blue ribbon pie. If fruit pies are your preference, we'll plump up a favorite blueberry pie with mango and pineapple chunks, and top it off with a coconut-almond streusel. A dollop with fresh whipped cream...a sprinkling of toasted coconut...and you've touched down on tropical pie bliss. Hawaiian shirts not required, but highly encouraged for this class.
