Join Ken Haedrich, dean of The Pie Academy, for this pair of classes in celebration of the fall harvest. First up, a couple of apple pies with a twist, including a favorite apple-pear pie topped with crunchy cornmeal streusel and Ken's best apple pie bars drizzled with maple glaze. We'll take a savory turn on October 30th with a spanakopita-style freeform tart, and then create a lovely roasted winter squash, mushroom and onion tart.
