There's nothing wrong with routine, but sometimes we have to  step out of our breakfast comfort zone and dig deeper. And the best way to do that is to explore the savory side of breakfast.

That's just what we'll be doing in this class, featuring three of Ken's favorite morning dishes - Eggs in Purgatory...a smoked salmon and egg breakfast burrito...and a real treat, a Panera-style breakfast souffle.

These are weekend dishes, when you have a chance to slow down and spend a bit of extra time fixing something extra special.
