When friends drop by for the holidays, we all like to put out a nice little spread, something that says "I appreciate you" a little more thoughtfully than a bowl of mini carrots and ranch dressing. Well, with just a wee more effort and a few extra bucks, you can create a gorgeous charcuterie board that'll make your company feel like honored guests. To show you how much fun and how simple they are to prepare, we'll put our own board together in class, starting with a variety of cheeses and meats. From there, we'll build out our board with fruits and veggies, crackers, toppers, and dips. No hard and fast rules - these boards are versatile! We'll even bake Ken's special Charcuterie Quick Bread for our board, and make his Roasted Cauliflower Hummus to go along. Come join in the fun of this last live class of the year.
