Like Ken says, it's been one heck of a year, and now - at year's end - we all deserve to dig into our favorite comfort foods, and without guilt. Same goes for our family, friends and other holiday guests.

And what could be more comforting than one of the festive puddings Ken has planned for this last-of-the-year live class?

We'll be making three - a creamy and decadent chocolate pudding; Ken's rendition of sticky toffee pudding; and a simple stovetop eggnog pudding.
