We're halfway through August, with one foot in summer and the other in fall - just like our live August classes here at The Pie Academy. We couldn't be happier that you've decided to join us. Our Cherry Pie Jubilee class takes one tried-and-true all-cherry pie filling and spins three scrumptious mini pie variations with it - one hand pie, one with crumb topping, another with a sugar cookie top crust. You'll be in cherry heaven. Then, on Sunday, August 27th we'll turn our attention to a trio of fall quick breads, including a savory bacon and blue cheese scone, steamed pumpkin bread with nuts and raisins, and mouth-watering apple crumb muffins with a surprise filling of sweet cream cheese. There's a whole lotta good baking going on this month at The Pie Academy, and you're going to have a front row seat!
