They're demonstration classes. It's too unwieldy to have lots of cooks, working at different paces, all at the same time. It can cause considerable stress for class attendees. So for our classes, you get to sit back and watch Ken, absorb the nuances of the recipes, and ask questions in real time in the comment box. Later, when you make the recipe, you can watch the video replay and refer to the printed recipes.

You will receive a "link page" for each class a day ahead. The page includes a link to the live class, recipes links, and product links. You will use these same links to watch the replay or reprint the recipes if necessary. On the Tuesday following class, I will send out an updated link page, with any new information we may have discussed in class. Please bookmark these link pages, or keep them in a dedicated email folder, because our software doesn't allow us to curate them for you. 

We try to keep the class length to roughly 1 1/4 hours. It's inevitable that we run a little longer at times, but 1 hour is the target and we do our best to honor that.

Simple - just choose that option above. When you go through the checkout process you'll provide their name and email address. That's all we need. 

We want the good news to come from you, so you should let them know about your gift however you prefer. Your giftee will get an email introduction from us about a week before classes begin, giving them an overview of the Sunday Suppers series so they have a better idea of what to expect. 

We do our best to make the classes fun, informative, and professional. Our goal is to help you become a better, more confident cook and baker. We use three cameras and different angles, allowing you to view the proceedings from above and close up at counter height. There's a third camera for "talking head" shots, when Ken takes a moment to explain something in a little more detail. We're confident that you'll benefit from and enjoy our live class experience. We hope you'll give our classes a try and consider telling your cooking friends and family members about them.
