You've probably noticed that America's favorite cookie - chocolate chip - has a new look in this social media age we live in.

Gone are the days of flat, skinny chocolate chip cookies. Today's are bigger, bolder, and - frankly - better-looking than the ones we grew up with. 

It's time to take stock of today's chocolate chip cookies and see if they have anything to teach us.

So in this class we'll consider everything that goes into this beloved cookie - from the flour and leavening, the salt, vanilla, and type of chocolate...to baking temps, the size of your cookies, the best cookie sheets and more.
