TIRAMISU FOR MOTHER'S DAY

Sunday, May 3rd, 2:00 PM Eastern

Ken's been doing a lot of thinking about a Mother's Day dessert that would suit the occasion perfectly. And what did he come up with?

Tiramisu, that's what - the soft and creamy Italian dessert that'll make your tastebuds swoon.

"I can't imagine a better dessert for Mother's Day," Ken says. "The word means, literally, 'pick me up' or 'cheer me up' and nobody does that better than a mom."

So in honor of mothers everywhere, we're doing a special Tiramisu for Mother's Day class.

We may love to eat it, but a lot of cooks are intimidated by the idea of making tiramisu. It has a reputation of being complicated. But if you know the tricks - all the little details Ken will go over in class - you can be a tiramisu expert in no time.

And remember, no matter the occasion, tiramisu is one of the most delicious make-ahead desserts you can prepare. Indeed, it has to be chilled overnight to achieve the best texture.

We're going to have a great time with this one, so we hope you can join us.
