THANKSGIVING BESTOVERS
Sure as there's Thanksgiving, there's Thanksgiving leftovers. What will you do with yours this year?
Seems a shame to just plunk 'em down on the kitchen table with little fanfare.
Ken has a better idea - three of them, in fact, so we'll be making a trio of his favorite dishes in this class, with the leftovers we all love.
They include a spicy-warm Southwestern chili with leftover turkey and pumpkin; hearty hand pies bursting at the seams with your choice of leftovers; and a super-easy potato soufflƩ made with those leftover mashed spuds.
Serve 'em Thanksgiving weekend, or tuck the recipes away for a chilly weekend this winter when you crave something special.Ā
