They're demonstration classes. It's too unwieldy to have lots of cooks, working at different paces, all at the same time. It can cause considerable stress for class attendees. So for our classes, you get to sit back and watch Ken, absorb the fine details of the recipes, and ask questions in real time via the comment box. Later, when you make the recipe, you'll be able to refer to the video replay and printed recipes.

You will receive a link to the live class on the day before or on the morning of the class. You will also be able to download the recipes prior to class. The day after each class, the previous day's replay and recipes will be available in your course library, after which you can access them - and all of your classes - whenever you like. 

We try to keep the class length to 1 hour. It's inevitable that we run a little longer at times, but 1 hour is the target for these classes and we do our best to honor that.

We do our best to make the classes fun, informative, and professional. Our goal is to help you become a better, more confident cook and baker. We use three cameras and different angles, allowing you to view the proceedings from above and close up at counter height. There's a third camera for "talking head" shots, when Ken takes a moment to explain something in a little more detail. We're confident that you'll benefit from and enjoy our live class experience. We hope you'll give our classes a try and consider telling your cooking friends and family members about them. 

Most likely, and thanks for asking, but with most Sundays already accounted for in January and February, any pie classes will move to another time slot (to be determined).
