They're "demo" style. We have had as many as 30 or 40 attendees in our live online classes. It would be impractical - if not impossible - to get everyone moving at the same pace. Some might find it very stressful to keep up. With the demo format, the pressure is off. Ken walks through each recipe from start to finish, showing and describing each step. If you have a question, you can ask it, in the comment area, in real time. Then, when you're ready to make the recipes at home, you can rewatch the class, or parts of it, or simply use the recipe downloads that we provide.
