They're demonstration classes. It's too unwieldy to have lots of cooks, working at different paces, all at the same time. It can cause considerable stress for class attendees. So for our classes, you get to sit back and watch Ken, absorb the fine details of the recipes, and ask questions in real time via the comment box. Later, when you make the recipe, you'll be able to refer to the video replay and printed recipes.

You will receive a link to the live classes on the morning of that week's class, along with the links to download the recipes prior to class. We don't curate these link pages, but you have the option of bookmarking these pages for future reference, or saving them in a dedicated folder. That way, you can find the classes easily, when you want to review or re-watch them, without having to log on to any website. 

We try to keep the class length to 1 hour. It's inevitable that we may run a little longer at times, but 1 hour is the target for these classes and we do our best to honor that.

We do our best to make the classes fun, informative, and professional. Our goal is to help you become a better, more confident cook and baker. We use three cameras and different angles, allowing you to view the proceedings from above and close up at counter height. There's a third camera for "talking head" shots, when Ken takes a moment to explain something in a little more detail. We're confident that you'll benefit from and enjoy our live class experience. We hope you'll give our classes a try and consider telling your cooking friends and family members about them.
